Flex-Tech Hose and Tubing, LLC’s roots can be found at the heart of the RV and marine industry. Flex-Tech LP gas hose is ubiquitous in propane manifolds and Flex-Tech 1/2in and 5/8in MRV water hose is a standard. In the RV and Marine industry, our LP gas hose meets and exceeds the UL and CSA standards designed for your safety and reliability. For water hose, our hose meets IAPMO and NSF-61 standards.

All our hose is domestically manufactured in San Marcos, Texas from plastics made in the United States. We have a propane gas manifold assembly plant located in Goshen, IN. right in the heart of the RV capital of the world. We work closely with RV and house boat manufacturers to ensure safety and the right fit. If you need to replace one hose in your manifold, you may contact us through our RV divisionand have your hose assembly rushed right to your door.     The Flex-Tech H-RHA Series high pressure LP gas hose incorporates our proprietary PVC/rubber blended compound and is available in bulk, finished assemblies and cut-lengths. It’s suitable for high or regulated pressure liquid propane or natural gas applications. Our bulk hoses meet and exceed industry standards and are ANSI/UL 569, ANSI/UL 21, and CSA 8.3-2015 recognized. We offer hundreds of hose assembly combinations that can be found in applications worldwide.

    Applications: For the transfer of propane gas or natural gas in high pressure connections including RV appliances, turkey fryers, fish cookers, torches, patio heaters, generators, industrial equipment, portable construction heaters, and more.

    The Flex-Tech H-RC-8R is a heavy duty 1/2-inch high-pressure hose suitable for LP or natural gas. It’s used in assembles for OEM, industrial, agricultural, construction and RV applications.

    The Flex-Tech PW Series for drinking water systems is constructed of PVC materials specially formulated in compliance with FDA regulations for potable water hoses. Our premium grade materials minimize taste and are designed for continuous service with both hot and cold water. The PW Series is NSF/ANSI-61 certified and sanctioned for food contact under CFR title 21, parts 170-19.

    Applications: Suitable for drinking water applications, hot and cold-water applications, sink and toilet connectors, and RV plumbing fixture supply lines in place of PEX.

    Customers choose our potable water hose for its lightweight, non-marking properties. It’s reinforced with high tensile strength textile cord and can be ordered with or without tracer yarn for color coding. Standard lengths include 100, 200, 300 and 500-foot coils. Our in-house extrusion capabilities allow us to design a solution that will fit your unique requirements.
